As noted by my son in our last YouTube video, our family loves tater tots – perfect post for after the new year when everyone is trying to eat better, isn’t it? But we do – tater tots are our go to side dish for burgers, breakfast for dinner or sometimes just for snacking. I know lately many restaurants have picked up tater tots as a fun throwback side dish, but until you’ve had them dipped in my new Sriracha dip, you haven’t truly had them! Check out our newest recipe for Sriracha dipping sauce – but it’s not JUST for tater tots.
So what’s in my new sriracha dipping sauce? That’s easy – Sriracha and mayonnaise. Seriously, that’s it – but when you mix these two ingredients together a creamy yet subtly spicy concoction is born! Your french fry wont be able to stay away.
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Honestly, I like to add a little – taste – add a little more – taste – just until I get the right ratio and color. There is no exact combination here because it depends a lot of how much spice you like in your food. So play around a little bit with it.
