Wait! What? You want to climb up that ladder? But your too little. . . . as soon as the words fell from my lips I knew I shouldn’t have said it. All to often I find myself holding my kids back because of my own fears. Yes. . they may fall, but what if they don’t. How could I keep that feeling of self gratification and pride from them?
