Begin by following the directions on the website and preparing your dough.
Next, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and use holiday shaped cookie cutters to create your shapes. I found tiny cookie cutters at Walmart when I bought the butter in the holiday section up front.
Finally, I poked a hole in the center of the larger cheese snaps to keep them from fluffing up to big. The easiest way to do this is with a straw. The cut out sections will just work their way up inside the straw and you can quickly move along through each cracker.
