Like I said before, this is seriously one of my favorite fall time recipes. You won’t believe how easy and quick it is to make! To get started, here is a list of the ingredients you will need.
1 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
1 cup french fried onions
2 cans Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
milk – I use one empty Campbell’s soup can full
1/2 white onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg. baby bella mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Begin by cooking your noodles according to the directions (al dente).
In a separate pan, cook together your ground beef, onions and mushrooms over med/high heat until all the pink color in the meat has turned brown. The CDC recommends cooking ground beef to an internal temp of 160 degrees F.
Remove from the oven. Serve warm.
Mmmm. Just take a look at that goodness! It’s creamy and crunchy all at the same time! My family simply adores this recipe.
