Impression 5 Opens New Water Exhibit: FLOW
For some time, Impression 5 in Lansing has been entertaining us with family friendly, science-minded exhibits. A few of these additions that come to the science center are traveling exhibits, only in town for a short period of time. However, because of the amazing team of designers at the science center, some exhibits are custom made for the location; they’re here to stay.
Last week we were invited to Impression 5 for the grand opening of their newest permanent exhibit properly called FLOW: A Water Experience. This new exhibit, which opened July 1st, was handcrafted for its space; most of it built right on site. By utilizing the provided space properly, guests are given an incredible look into science through water flow.
What to Expect
FLOW is a two-level experience that has joined the family of permanent exhibits at Impression 5 in Lansing. Because of this, access to this interactive fun (for all ages) is part of the normal ticket price into the science center.
Once into the exhibit, guests will find shared ponchos to use to keep clothes dry; as well as drying stations for after play. Using them is not a bad idea because, at this exhibit, you’re bound to get at least a little bit wet!
All throughout the space, there are water play tables, water launchers, building stations, and more. Join us on our YouTube channel to experience all of the interactive fun with us!
